Opening Mèche was a dream born from the desire to rewrite the hair salon culture. My journey through various salons showed me how heavily leadership and stylist camaraderie can enhance the experience for guests. I wanted to create a space where both stylists and guests felt valued and empowered.
I envisioned a place where clients could feel true-to-themselves, free from idealistic pressures.
When the opportunity for my dream Wallingford salon space became available, I jumped at the chance, driven by the vision of a collaborative and inviting salon. Now, many years later, Mèche is a testament to that vision, where everyone thrives in a positive, encouraging environment.
