- you hold a valid Connecticut cosmetology license
- you have 3+ years of experience as a professional stylist
- you value serving your clients from a salon that looks and feels aesthetically inspiring

- you are growth oriented and committed to continuing advanced education
- you do your best work in clean surroundings and are dedicated to maintaining a tidy workspace
- you are intentional in your delivery of professional and upbeat demeanor to all guests and fellow stylists to maintain a positive salon environment
- you are certified in IBE® or interested in becoming certified in IBE® (not required)
